The gulf view from my room caught my eye immediately. So stunning! The bed felt like a cloud, perfect for a restful night. Loved the warm cookies at check-in. they hit the spot after a long drive. Pool area fun but a bit crowded. Housekeeping needs improvement. I found some crumbs on the floor. Shower had low water pressure, which was disappointing. The staff, however, was friendly and always ready to help. I appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions. The elevators took a while at peak times, frustrating when you're trying to get to your room. Overall, the location is fantastic, just a stroll to the beach. Definitely a mixed bag but enjoyable overall.

Had a good time overall. Rick was super helpful getting the AC fixed in our room. The staff were mostly friendly, and the chocolate chip cookies? Yum! But man, someone barged in when I was in the bathroom, and it was really awkward. Not cool! The restaurant had great coffee, though.

So, we had a rough check-in experience with a not-so-great front desk manager. Luckily, another clerk was super nice and managed to find us a clean room after a long drive. The bed was really comfy, which helped a lot! Just a heads up, the bathroom door doesn't lock, and the towel situation could be better.
